WINTERLAND AL AIN - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LEGAL AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and B R GRAPHICS FZ-LLC ("Company", "Organizer", "we", "us").

By accessing, downloading, or using the website winterland-alain.ae, the mobile application "Al Ain Winterland", or any related services ("Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. EVENT OVERVIEW

Winterland Al Ain is a premium seasonal entertainment destination featuring, including but not limited to: Ice Rink Inflatable Games Kids Area Themed Zones (Winter Forest, Winter Oasis, Winter Market) Food Court & Igloo Coffee Shop VIP Majlis, VIP Entrance & VIP Parking Official Grand Opening: 25 December 2025

3. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Registration Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2 Age Requirement User accounts must be created by individuals 18 years or older. Minors may attend the Event only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

3.3 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

4. TICKETS & ENTRY

4.1 Digital Ticket (QR Code) Entry is permitted only via the official QR Code generated within the App. Screenshots, copies, or altered codes may be rejected. The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity at entry points.

4.2 Ticket Validity Tickets are valid only for the selected date. Entry is subject to venue capacity limits. Late arrival does not guarantee entry.

4.3 Non-Transferability Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Violations result in cancellation without refund.

4.4 People of Determination One complimentary entry ticket is granted upon presentation of a valid UAE People of Determination ID.

5. PAYMENTS & WALLET SYSTEM

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods Visa Mastercard Cash (on-site, where applicable) All prices are in AED and may include applicable taxes.

5.2 Cashless Wallet Wallet balance can be used at approved vendors inside Winterland. Wallet top-ups are non-transferable. Wallet balance cannot be used outside the Event premises.

5.3 Wallet Refunds Unused wallet balance exceeding AED 50 may be refunded upon request within 7 days from Event end. An administrative fee may apply. Used balance is non-refundable.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds apply only if an Event day is fully cancelled by the Organizer. No refunds for: Personal reasons, Weather conditions, Partial attraction closures, Late arrival.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

You acknowledge that participation in activities (including ice skating, inflatables, rides, and kids attractions) involves inherent risks. By attending Winterland Al Ain, you: Voluntarily assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage. Release B R GRAPHICS FZ-LLC from liability, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors under their care.

8. SAFETY, CONDUCT & SECURITY

Respect UAE cultural values and dress modestly. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food & drinks. Security screening may be conducted at any time. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, designs, concepts, and materials related to Winterland Al Ain are the exclusive property of B R GRAPHICS FZ-LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant the Organizer the right to use such material for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including governmental directives, weather conditions, public safety concerns, or force majeure events.

12. PRIVACY & DATA

Your data is processed in accordance with UAE laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to data processing within the UAE.

13. TERMINATION & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

The Organizer may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time without liability for violations of these Legal Terms or applicable law.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. LANGUAGE PREVAILING CLAUSE

These Legal Terms are published in English and Arabic. In case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.
